Jess is passionate about the healing sacred science of Ayurveda and its transformational impact on women’s lives.

A dedicated student of yoga and Ayurveda for 20 years, Jess believes we are all our own healers given the right tools and knowledge.

An adventure-loving mother to three beautiful boys, she is committed to supporting women throughout all stages of their journey with the profound wisdom of these ancient practices.

Jess has travelled extensively on both a journey of self-discovery and an unearthing of the power of yoga and Ayurveda. She has studied and practised across the world.
